Tish is an Experienced Leader and Working Mom Working Hard For Elgin
I am a Michigan native who has called Elgin “home” since 1999. I have over sixteen years of management level experience in local government, including seven years with the City of Kalamazoo, Michigan and over nine years with the City of Elgin. This experience gives me a unique and valuable perspective when making budgeting and policy decisions for our community.
I have enjoyed being actively involved in Elgin. In addition to serving on the Elgin City Council since 2011, some of my previous and current civic involvement activities include:
